Response time expectation

• Business hours (Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central): typically routed within the hour. Someone from the installer's team follows up the same day.
• Evenings and Sundays: next-business-morning callback from the installer.
• Middle-of-the-night or holiday calls: callback the following business morning.

Severe-weather season (April through June, with a secondary run in October and November) sees higher call volume. Response times during active severe-weather events may be longer.
